Many factors can affect the duration of your gems. We encourage all our customers to take care of their jewelry as advised.In order to preserve the quality of your pieces we urge you to:
- Use the pink envelope that your jewelry is packaged in to clean off any dirt or dust ; it is made out of microfiber to shine and polish your jewelry. This will help restore your gems.
*Our Gems are sustainable to an average amount of contact with water.*
Shipping & Returns
⁃ All US orders over $75.00 qualify for free standard shipping.
⁃ We'd love to be able to pack your purchase within 24 hours of receiving it, but we're a small company with a small workforce. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be packed with love and care.
⁃ Please keep in mind that COVID-19 may effect shipment times. The above timeframes are simply approximations.
⁃ Orders are not reimbursed in any way. However, you can refer to our Return Policy if you change your mind or receive a damaged item/an item that does not match your order. Which can be found all the way down at the bottom of our page.
Gifts & Packaging
If you're buying something for your self and someone else please specify in the notes section whether any specific pieces should be packaged separately in our PLG jewelry packaging.
