Pretty Little Gems is owned by two young, powerful Latinas who chose to take a chance and pursue their goals. PLG carries some of the finest 18k Gold Filled Jewelry on the market. Our jewelry is tarnish-free, water-resistant, and hypoallergenic. Not only do we sell high-quality items at an affordable price, but also aim to give women the courage to feel beautiful while purchasing our pieces. Our mission is to empower women by celebrating their uniqueness. We want ladies to be able to accentuate their own particular style, whether it's very simple or very elevated, by using our brand. It's indescribable to experience a client's confidence and hear their words used to express how happy they are with our jewelry creations. We both come from families of entrepreneurs that have achieved their goals through hard work, dedication, and self-motivation. No one is going to believe in you like you do. Hi Gems,

My name is Cheila Sanchez and I am Co-owner, stylist and designer of Pretty Little Gems. As a Cuban immigrant, my family and I came to the states when I was just a baby. At just 21 years old my dad began to learn plumbing and a couple months later opened his own business and has been an entrepreneur ever since. I’ve always looked up to his hustle, hard work and dedication to reaching all his goals in order to give us the life he always hoped for. I have been wearing jewelry since I could talk. My passion has always been fashion and putting things together - and of course making sure I never leave my house without earrings, necklace, ring etc. Like the saying says, antes muerta que sencilla. Creating my own jewelry brand, is something I always dreamt of yet never believed enough in myself to go for it. I hope you all enjoy my jewelry and everything I will have to offer. I cannot wait to see all of you Gems rocking our pieces.

I’m Viviana Martell, Co-Owner, Stylist and Designer of Pretty Little Gems. Born and raised in Miami Fl with parents of Latin descent. For as long I can remember, I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. Growing up and seeing my father, a successful business man I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps, with his drive and ambition. He geared me into pursuing my own career in Finance. I started helping my 6th grade teacher with her clothing boutique, and funny how things turn out. Little did I know that my 6th grade math teacher would open my wings into the retail, fashion, and the entrepreneurship world. This also allowed me to sharpen my marketing skills and make new relationships. Never in a million years would I have thought about falling in love with the fashion and retail industry. After long work hours, the ups and downs, and the competitive market ... I feel that I am ready and secure to start this journey. Together with my experience in creating, buying and selling I know that I’m ready to target this jewelry market and make it easier for women like you and I to find one of a kind, unique, and high quality gems. I am eager, excited, overwhelmed and nervous but oh, so excited !!!!
